Our Hire Agreement
Please note... we no longer take cheques as payment.
All bookings should be paid for, on or before your event date, or late payment charges, and administration charges will apply!!
Late payment charge... £10 or 8% per day, whichever is the greater.
Administration charge... £10 per email, letter or other correspondence that we use to collect an overdue payment.
We reserve the right to offer reduced late payment/ administration charges, should the matter be resolved in a timely manner.
Upon delivery of any unit/or equipment you have hired from us we will require you to read, sign, and fully comply with our hire agreement.
Please find below the hire agreement wording which you will be provided with a copy of on the day of your hire.
These instructions are intended to help your children/guests have a fun time, and ensure their safety.

PLEASE ENSURE THERE IS AT A LEAST 2FT 6" CLEAR ACCESS WIDTH TO WHERE THE CASTLE WILL BE INFLATED, AND THAT THE AREA IS CLEAR OF ANY DEBRIS, SHARP EDGES AND ANIMAL FOULING!!! fAILURE TO ENSURE THIS COULD LEAD TO YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELLED!!!....THANK YOU.
Important .... in fact .... VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
WE WILL NEED TO PLUG OUR BLOWERS/INFLATORS INTO A 13 AMP ELECTRICAL SOCKET. ( A NORMAL HOUSEHOLD 13 AMP 3 PIN PLUG SOCKET). IT IS THE HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY TO SUPPLY THE ELECTRIC, ESPECIALLY WHEN IN THE MIDDLE OF A SPORTS FIELD!!!! ALTERNATIVELY, YOU COULD HIRE ONE OF OUR GENERATORS TO SUPPLY THE POWER!!!!
1. It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the bouncy castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the equipment.
2. A responsible adult must closely supervise the equipment at all times.
3. No adults are allowed on the equipment unless you have hired equipment suitable for adult use, otherwise, the equipment has an age limit of 12 years. It is strictly prohibited for both children and adults to be on the equipment at the same time. If children are on the equipment, then no adults are allowed on the equipment and vice versa.
4. Always ensure that the equipment is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. It is advised that children of mixed ages should not use the equipment at the same time.
5. Do not allow children or adults to become boisterous, push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
6. To avoid choking and mess, no food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the equipment.
7. All footwear, glasses, jewellery or any other hard, sharp or dangerous objects which could cause damage to other children or the equipment must be removed before using the equipment.
8. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the equipment.
9. No smoking or barbeques on or near the equipment.
10. No pets to be allowed on or near the equipment.
11. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls or beams of a bouncy castle is dangerous and must not be allowed.
12. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child could easily bounce off the step and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off.
13. Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the equipment, as well as any child who is feeling unwell or taking medication.
14. If the equipment is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains.
15. Do not allow anyone to be on the equipment during inflation or deflation or whilst deflated.
16. Please warn children of the tie down points (if appropriate) and make the area behind the unit, where the electrical blower is sited, out of bounds for children.
17. The equipment should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the equipment should not be used.
18. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the equipment be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
19. Should the equipment fail for any reason, please ensure all users get off the equipment immediately, and contact us immediately!!
20. No unauthorised person should move the equipment or tamper with the electrical equipment.
21. The inflatable must be returned in an acceptable condition, i.e. clean, unsoiled and undamaged. If it is badly soiled or damaged the hirer will be expected to pay an additional cleaning surcharge to cover the cleaning costs and our loss of earnings if the inflatable is rendered out of commission for any reason.
Cleaning surcharge is £60.00
22. We are insured with full public liability insurance against the failure of our hire equipment, any claim is subject to an excess which the hirer concerned would be liable for.

BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE MALVERN CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY OR LOSS SUSTAINED TO ANY PERSONS THROUGH THE USE OR MISUSE OF OUR EQUIPMENT. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANYTHING THEN PLEASE CONTACT US.
DEPOSITS
We always prefer a deposit to be paid on booking (PayPal link) but after years of experience we realise that not everyone has their deposit available at the time of booking.
Should this be the case, let us know, and we will allow the booking to stand.
Should you fill out the booking form, and then fail to pay the deposit, during the booking process, the booking will still be valid, you will still receive the booking confirmation via email, but full payment will be required on delivery.
24. A 50% surcharge is applicable to all bookings on bank holidays, and the following days... Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. This surcharge will be added to your invoice manually, once we have received your online booking.
